<p>　　2024年是习近平总书记提出总体国家安全观10周年，4月15日是第九个全民国家安全教育日，近日来，忻州市财政局以“总体国家安全观·创新引领10周年”为主题，紧扣《忻州市财政局2024年全民国家安全教育日宣传教育活动方案》，开展了形式多样的全民国家安全教育普法宣传活动。</p>

<p>　　一是线上线下学习。通过党组理论学习中心组学习、局长办公会会前学法等形式，组织领导干部集体学习《中华人民共和国国家安全法》《中华人民共和国安全生产法》等法律法规，《总体国家安全观》等书目；组织干部职工收看第九个全民国家安全日“人人争当国安卫士”国家安全教育公益课。二是参观教育基地。4月17日下午，组织部分党员干部参观了忻州市国家安全教育基地，通过沉浸式、体验式国家安全法治实践教学，切实强化国家安全意识。三是加强媒体宣传。在局机关一楼电子显示屏滚动播放宣传标语，营造依法维护国家安全的浓厚氛围；充分利用局门户网站、微信公众号等媒体开展专题宣传，集中推送相关短视频、图解等作品9部，宣传普及国家安全相关法律法规。四是强化警示教育。4月18日下午，党组理论学习中心组集体学习组织中心组成员、机关党委委员、各党支部书记集体观看了警示教育片，深刻汲取案例教训，切实做到以案为鉴、举一反三、警钟长鸣。</p>

<p>　　通过开展系列活动，进一步增强了财政干部国家安全意识，夯实了维护国家安全思想基础。下一步，市财政局将坚定不移贯彻总体国家安全观，牢固树立大安全理念，加强国家安全法治宣传教育，着力提升财政干部国家安全法治意识，切实做好安全发展等方面的政策资金保障，助力我市高质量发展。</p>
