<p>　　为全面掌握新型采购人制度落实情况及政采政策法规执行情况，持续推进我市法治化政府采购营商环境建设，4月10日，忻州市财政局组织市本级17家预算单位和6家承接市本级政采项目的代理机构开展第一季度政企沟通会。</p>
<p>　　会前，组织收看了政府采购案例视频，集体学习了《政府采购领域信用分级分类监管暂行办法》、《政府采购代理机构管理暂行办法》等制度，认真学习了政府采购全流程电子化及我市2024年政府采购提升工作相关内容。沟通会上，大家围绕采购人、代理机构在政府采购工作中遇到的问题、困难进行了深入交流，认真听取了采购人、代理机构对政府采购工作实施情况的建议和意见。市财政局工作人员现场进行了答疑解惑，解决问题8个。</p>
<p>　　下一步，市财政局将根据主管部门及代理机构的需求，深入开展政府采购工作调研，有针对性地开展政企沟通和政府采购政策宣传，打牢依法依规开展政府采购的工作理念，不断推进我市法治化政府采购营商环境建设。</p></div>
